Wedding Videography / DVD
Your own wedding movie for only R6285.
What do you get on the day?
Your videographer will arrive two hours before the time of the ceremony. Actual setup takes approximately one hour. After set-up, some getting ready and behind the scenesfootage will be shot.
Your Videographer is on site for +/- six hours
3 hours of footage is recorded (for a longer day please request a quote)
The following will be captured on the day but you may not want some of this footage to appear in the final cut, so please advise us what should be included:
“Behind the scenes” before the wedding. (Getting ready, photo’s etc.)
Shots of the Chapel and Reception before the guests arrive.
Guests arriving and entering/ waiting at the chapel.
Bride arriving.
Bride and Bridesmaids entering the Chapel.
The full ceremony / sermon
Highlights of ceremony / sermon only
Highlights of ceremony / sermon only
Exchanging of vows and giving of rings
Signing of register
Shots of photos being taken
Shots of guests waiting / cocktails during the photo session
Reception as the Bride and Groom arrive
All the speeches (you may only want highlights of the speeches in the final cut)
(If Buffet): Food before being served
(If no buffet): Food as it is carried out toward the guests
Guests eating
Opening of the dance floor
Shots of the guests dancing
Cutting of the wedding cake
Throwing of the bouquet and garter
Our commitment to quality
We use two broadcast quality cameras with one operator. One camera is used for a
static wide angle and the other one for close-ups and moving around with the operator.
Sound quality is important, so we use both an ambient microphone and a sound feed
from the venue’s public address system.
Editing of sound and video takes place in a professional studio editing facility.
What do you get?
Your DVD will be approx. 1 hour long and will have a menu and a photo slide show.
All footage taken on the day will be given to you, unedited, on tape.
10 x copies of your DVD with a personalised label.
Other Information
Your friendly camera operator will listen to your needs and will remain as unobtrusive
as possible
You are free to duplicate your DVD for family members and friends etc
Your edited DVD will be ready to collect 7 days after your wedding.
Basic changes after the DVD is finished are allowed without extra cost. Major changes
will cost R250 per hour. These changes can be made within 30 days of your wedding.
Please supply any special songs you have chosen to use on the day, on disc, so that it can be imported to the DVD in high quality.
A travelling fee will be charged at a rate of R3.50 per km unless your venue is within a
30km radius from Pretoria.
